Delivery

Our standard delivery service is FREE to Mainland* UK (*as defined by our couriers - see Delivery Costs below for excluded postcodes). Most deliveries are usually within 5-7 working days although certain items may take 7-14 working days. We ask that you allow up to 28 days in the rare event that your rug may be temporarily out of stock with the UK suppliers.

Wherever possible we will notify you of the delivery day by email or by sending a text to your mobile number. However, please call us on 0151 348 7050 if you wish to check on delivery timescales for any particular rug.

Our professional couriers deliver Monday - Friday between 7.30am - 5.30pm and our preference is that all deliveries must be signed for. We're happy to deliver to a work address, a friend/relative or neighbour if it's easier for you. Simply provide us with the contact name, telephone number and full address. You may also specify if your rug can be left safe, for example in a porch or garage, but you must take full responsibility for any items once the driver has left them safe as instructed.

Delivery Costs

We deliver free to the majority of Mainland UK, as defined by our couriers. If you live in remote mainland Scottish regions, the Scottish Highlands, certain Islands or Northern Ireland, please check your postcode below for any delivery costs. If your postcode isn't listed below then delivery is free. If a delivery charge applies to your postcode it will be calculated automatically at checkout.

We are also able to deliver to the Republic of Ireland, please contact us for a quote.

However, if you like our products and are able to arrange your own courier to collect from us, please contact us. Alternatively you can enter a UK Mainland delivery address, for example a shipping company, for onward transporation.

We back all our rugs with a 14 day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your rug, simply send it back to us within 14 days for a full refund (less delivery charges if applicable).

Cancellations & Returns

Please note that the terms and conditions below regarding returns and order cancellations apply to any rug purchased online only. Different terms and conditions apply to rugs purchased in our showroom, please check for details in store.

You can cancel your order at any time up until your rug is despatched from our showroom.

Should any rug be unsatisfactory, it can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. The rug must be returned undamaged, in its original condition and preferably in its original packaging. We understand that packaging must be removed to inspect the rug so please take care when doing so. If you are unable to use the original packaging when returning a rug, please use similar strong, waterproof packaging. We are unable to issue a refund if rugs are damaged in transit due to poor packaging, or if they have been used, or are dirty or damaged in any other way.

You are responsible for arranging the return and the return costs. Once we have received the rug and we are satisfied that it has been returned in the same condition as it was despatched, we will issue you with a refund of the original purchase price, less any special delivery charges you have paid for Saturday deliveries or for delivery to any Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland.

If the rug is returned more than 14 days from the date you notify us of its return, or we are not satisfied that the rug has been returned to us in the same condition as it was when despatched then no refund will be issued and the rug will remain your property. You must collect it from our showroom or arrange for its collection otherwise we will dispose of it within 28 days of its return to us.

Return Instructions:

Please contact us, either by telephoning 0151 348 7050, or by e-mailing sales@rugscentre.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery of your rug to let us know that you intend to return it.

If the rug goes missing in transit when you return it we will be unable to issue a refund so please ensure you use a courier or a Royal Mail service where proof of delivery is required and where you can insure the value of the goods against loss or damage while in transit.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your rug is faulty please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, either by telephoning 0151 348 7050, or by e-mailing sales@rugscentre.co.uk. We may ask you to email or text a photograph of the fault first before arranging a collection.

We may then decide to arrange its collection from you on a weekday, i.e., Monday to Friday, between 7.30 am and 5.30 pm. If in our opinion the rug has a manufacturing fault we will replace it for you or arrange a refund.
