Price Promise

If you see an identical product for sale, either with an online UK retailer or in a UK retail shop, available to purchase or take away immediately, at a lower price (inclusive of VAT & delivery) within 7 days of ordering your rug from us, we promise to refund the difference plus £5. Please contact us with full details.

We reserve the right to check the authenticity of the price we are matching.

This promise does not apply:

• to items for sale on online auction or trading websites.
• to sheepskin or cowhide rugs as it is difficult to compare these products, particularly as we believe our sheepskin and cowhide rugs are superior to cheaper alternatives.
