Delivery
Our standard delivery service is FREE to Mainland UK. Most deliveries are usually within 5-7 working days although certain items may take 7-14 working days. We ask that you allow up to 28 days in the rare event that your rug may be temporarily out of stock. Please call us on 0845 450 8111 or 0151 334 6819 if you wish to check on delivery timescales for any particular rug.
Our profesional couriers deliver Monday - Friday between 7.30am - 5.30pm and all deliveries must be signed for. We're happy to deliver to a work address, a friend/relative or neighbour if it's easier for you. Simply provide us with the contact name, telephone number and full address. If a Saturday or timed delivery is required, please contact us for a quote.

We back all our rugs with a 7 day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your rug, simply send it back to us within 7 days for a full refund (less delivery charges if applicable).
Cancellations & Returns
You can cancel your order at any time up until your rug is despatched from our showroom.
Should any rug be unsatisfactory, it can be returned to us within 7 working days of delivery. The rug must be returned undamaged, in its original condition and preferably in its original packaging. We understand that packaging must be removed to inspect the rug so please take care when doing so. If you are unable to use the original packaging when returning a rug, please use similar strong, waterproof packaging. We are unable to issue a refund if rugs are damaged in transit due to poor packaging, or if they have been used, or are dirty or damaged in any other way.
You are responsible for arranging the return and the return costs (unless the rug is faulty, in which case see "Faulty Goods" below). Once we have received the rug and we are satisfied that it has been returned in the same condition as it was despatched, we will issue you with a refund of the original purchase price, less any special delivery charges you have paid for weekday morning, weekday afternoon or Saturday morning deliveries or for delivery to any Islands, Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland.
If the rug is returned more than 7 working days from the date it was delivered to you, or we are not satisfied that the rug has been returned to us in the same condition as it was when despatched then no refund will be issued and the rug will remain your property. You must collect it from our showroom or arrange for its collection otherwise we will dispose of it within 28 days of its return to us.

Please contact us, either by telephoning 0845 450 8111 or 0151 334 6819, or by e-mailing sales@rugscentre.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery of your rug to let us know that you intend to return it.

If the rug goes missing in transit when you return it we will be unable to issue a refund so please ensure you use a courier or a Royal Mail service where proof of delivery is required and where you can insure the value of the goods against loss or damage while in transit.
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your rug is faulty you must follow the procedure above but we may ask to you email a photograph of the fault first before arranging a collection.
We may then decide to arrange its collection from you on a weekday, i.e., Monday to Friday, between 7.30 am and 5.30 pm. If in our opinion the rug has a manufacturing fault we will replace it for you.
